Accepting these terms

enterwithorb.com (the “site”) is run by Arcan Labs Private Limited, India (“Arcan Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy notice. If you use the site for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

The site explains Orb, a visitor management service made by Arcan Labs. It is for information only. It is not legal, compliance or professional advice, and it is not an offer that can be accepted.

Where the site mentions laws and standards, such as the DPDP Act, ISO/IEC 27001 or PCI DSS, it explains how Orb is designed to support them. How a building meets a rule also depends on how it sets up and runs Orb, so take your own advice for your building.

Any work we do for you, including a pilot or a subscription, is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over anything on the site.

Plans and prices

Plans, features and prices on the site are for information and may change. Prices are per entry point and exclude GST and other taxes. Prices are set separately for each currency shown; they are not conversions of one another. The free trial and any pilot run on the terms we agree with you. What you buy, and what it costs, is set in your signed order or agreement.

Illustrative content

The visit shown on the site, including Rahul, Priya, Meridian One and every screen, record, report and sample, is an illustration made for the site. It uses no real person’s or customer’s data, and the settings shown are samples: each building chooses its own. Some of the film was made with AI tools, used under licences that allow commercial use.

Intellectual property

The site and everything on it, including the Orb name and mark, the text, film, screens and designs, belong to Arcan Labs or the people who license them to us. You may link to the site and quote short passages with credit. Anything else needs our written permission.

Some parts are used under open licences: the line figures are hairline by Lucas Marques (MIT licence), and the IBM Plex Mono typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely, without owing you anything. Please do not send anything you consider confidential through the forms.

Using the forms

Give accurate details about yourself, and use only an email address that is yours. Do not ask for the Evidence Pack, or book a demo, in someone else’s name, and do not send forms automatically.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, you must not:

• attack, probe, overload or try to get around the security of the site or the form service, except as described in Reporting a security issue;
• copy or collect the site’s content in bulk (scraping) beyond your own reading;
• use the site or its content to build a competing product or service;
• interfere with anyone else’s use of the site; or
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Reporting a security issue

If you find a security weakness in the site or in Orb, please tell us at product@arcanlabs.in with “Security” in the subject line, and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Please test only as much as you need to show the issue, and do not access, change or keep other people’s data. We will not take action against anyone who reports an issue this way in good faith.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, such as arcanlabs.in. We are not responsible for sites we do not run, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we give no promises about the site beyond those in these terms.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the site is limited to ₹10,000. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or misuse the site, and someone makes a claim against Arcan Labs or its people because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, pause or stop any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the version and date at the top of this page show when. Changes apply from when they are posted, and using the site after that means you accept them.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms.

General

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, that part is limited as little as needed and the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy notice are the whole agreement about your use of the site; a signed agreement with us governs any service we provide. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
