World-class lobbies left the register behind.

Orb is a visitor management system for offices, campuses and factories. Visitors check in on their own phone, hosts approve in WhatsApp, and every visit is on record.

A faster lobby

No queue. No logbook. Nothing to download.

Nothing you have to buy

No tablet, kiosk or badge printer needed. The visitor's phone is the desk and the pass.

Nothing to install

Visitors use the browser. Hosts use WhatsApp or email. Guards use a phone you already own.

Nothing to learn

Hosts tap a button in WhatsApp. Guards scan a pass and match a face.

The host decides

Approve, deny or "not my visitor" from WhatsApp or email. A backup is asked if the host is busy.

A pass that stays with its owner

The code changes every minute, and the guard matches the face to the photo.

Staff details stay private

Visitors find hosts by name and team. Phone numbers never reach the gate.

A quiet flag for the guard Growth plan

Names on your watchlist show a flag. The reason stays with you.

ID checked where it matters Assurance plan

Shown to the visitor's own phone camera. The images are deleted soon after the check, and only the result is kept.

Contractors on their own terms

Their own visitor type, with NDAs and inductions signed before entry.

Fire alarm, Meridian One

When the alarm rings, start the count in one tap.

Run a fire drill roll call, or a real evacuation, from reception, the lobby or any guard's phone. Visitors, hosts and employees on your staff list get one question on their phones: are you safe? Growth plan

Everyone on your lists is alerted

Visitors, hosts and employees, on WhatsApp and the pass. The guard's roll call counts every visitor on site.

00:30

Each person answers

Safe or need help. Hosts see their own guests. The guard sees who is missing.

Who it helps

Built for every team that runs your building.

Facilities runs the lobby. Security guards it. IT and compliance answer for it. Orb gives each of them what they need from the same visit.

Facility management

The lobby runs on visitors' own phones. No registers to buy, fill in or store, and one screen shows which visitors are in the building.

Front desk and reception

No queue and no copying details into a book. Visitors check themselves in, so you are free to greet them.

Physical security

Guards know who was approved before anyone reaches the gate, get a quiet flag for watchlist names, and count everyone in an evacuation.

Information security and IT

Nothing to install or maintain on site. Staff lists can sync with your employee directory, and every look at a record is logged.

Sample data

Every floor of the building, covered.

Built for how lobbies really run.

No guard on duty Growth plan

The host's approval is the entry. A named colleague handles anything unusual.

No smartphone

The guard checks the visitor in and reads the notice aloud.

Invited guests Growth plan

They skip the typing and give consent fresh at the door.

Children

Listed by name on the visit of the parent or guardian with them.

Four languages

Visitor screens in English, Hindi, Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia.

Plugs into the building you already run.

Turnstiles, card readers, face recognition, kiosks and your employee directory. Upload your staff list, or we connect your employee directory, such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, so joiners and leavers update by themselves.

Hover or tap the tiles to see what connects.

Why buildings pick Orb.

Your visitors already have the app.

WhatsApp and a browser. Nothing to install, nothing to train.

Built for compliance.

Built for the DPDP Act 2023 and Rules 2025: notice, consent and erasure, each one recorded.

Safety built in.

On the Growth plan, drills and evacuations count visitors and staff, with a report for your fire audit.

One team, lobby to turnstile.

Platform, kiosks, badges, turnstiles and integrations from one partner, on one contract.

Live in under 30 minutes.

Six choices, then a poster to print and put by the door. Change any of it later.

Questions facility teams ask.

Who is Orb for?

The teams who run a building's front door: facilities, admin and security, and the IT, data protection and compliance leads who answer for its visitor data. Each of them gets what they need from the same visit.

Why replace a paper visitor register?

It lies open at the desk, so each visitor can read the names and numbers above their own, and it often sits in a cupboard for years. When the alarm rings, it rarely tells you who is still inside. With Orb, each visitor sees only their own check-in, the guard can run a roll call of everyone on site, and details are erased on schedule.

How is Orb different from other visitor management systems?

Privacy runs through every step: a notice before the first question, consent item by item, ID verification on Assurance that keeps only the result, and erasure on schedule on every plan. Each visit leaves one record, from notice to erasure, that a reviewer can read without us in the room. Orb is made by GRC consultants and physical security experts, and priced per entry point, never per host or floor.

What does Orb replace?

The paper register, the visitor log book and the calls to a host's extension. Your guards, turnstiles and access cards stay, and Orb works alongside them.

Do visitors install anything?

No. They scan the poster's QR code with their phone camera and check in in the browser, on Android or iPhone.

What if a visitor has no WhatsApp?

They confirm their mobile with an SMS code, and the pass opens in the browser.

What does it cost?

A free 15-day trial at one entry point. Paid plans start at ₹1,499 per entry point a month. See pricing →

What does the guard need?

A phone or tablet you already own, paired by your admin, with each guard's own PIN.

Do we need kiosks or badges?

No. The visitor's phone is the pass. If you want kiosks or printed badges, we fit and run them for you.

Can it work with our turnstiles and access cards?

In most buildings, yes. We survey what you have, then connect Orb. Integrations are scheduled with our team.

More than one building?

Each reception or gate keeps its own register, all under one account.

What reports do we get?

The live register and visitor log on every plan. Drill reports and exports on Growth and up.

How long until we're live?

Your lobby can be live in under 30 minutes. Six choices, then a poster by the door.

Do guards need training?

Hardly any. Each guard gets a PIN. The app shows who to expect and what to check.

What kinds of buildings use it?

Any building with a front desk or a gate: offices, tech parks, co-working spaces, factories and campuses.

Can we try it first?

Yes. Start a free 15-day trial at one entry point, set up with you on a short call, or run a 30-day pilot at one gate with our team on site. The pilot costs one month of the plan you choose, refunded in full when you sign a one-year plan. Start free with a call →

See it in your own lobby.

A short call with your building in mind. You leave knowing exactly how day one would run.
