What does a visitor management system cost in India?

Orb is priced per entry point a month: Growth from ₹1,499 and Assurance from ₹5,999, with a free 15-day trial. Hosts and floors are never counted, and WhatsApp and SMS messages are included within fair use. Prices exclude local taxes.

What counts as an entry point?

One reception or gate that keeps its own register. One lobby is one entry point, however many floors. If you are not sure how to count yours, we agree it with you before you sign.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Fifteen days at one entry point, with everything in Growth. We set it up with you on a short call. Self-serve sign-up is coming soon.

How is a pilot different from the trial?

The trial is yours to run for 15 days. A pilot runs for 30 days at one gate with our team on site, beside your register, and ends with a written report. The pilot costs one month of the plan you choose, refunded in full when you sign a one-year plan.

Who pays for WhatsApp and SMS messages?

We do, on every plan, including the trial, within fair use. Fair use is set out in your agreement.

What if we need more than 1,000 ID checks a month?

Assurance includes 1,000 ID checks a month per entry point. Beyond that, each extra check is charged at the per-check rate in your agreement.

What if we go over our visit limit?

Nobody is turned away. Go over two months running and we move you to the next band.

Can we pay yearly?

Yes. Pay for the year and get two months free.

Is there a minimum term?

Paid plans run for a minimum of one year, billed monthly or yearly.

What happens after the first year?

Your plan renews automatically for another year at the price in your agreement. To change or stop it, tell us before the renewal date.

What support is included?

We help every customer set up, and we reply to every support request within 24 hours. Assurance requests go to the front of the queue.

What if a payment fails?

Visits keep flowing. Exports pause until billing is sorted.
